Founder of AddClarity, Vicki Fox, believes teaching English as a Second Language in a number of different countries has given her a unique insight and experience into the need for the accurate use of the written word. Her enthusiasm for English and communication has deepened her knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling, as well as the nuances of meaning in our word choice.

Vicki is passionate about writing, both with the accuracy and quality of language. When we write she believes we must understand who the reader or audience is. The writing must be tailored to the audience: the content has to be relevant, in a style appropriate for the reader, and needs to be clear and engaging to retain their interest.

As a writer, Vicki provides quality, captivating content for online or printed information. If you don’t know where to start, are short of time or can’t seem to find the right words to use, she is here to help you craft your message. By listening to your needs, she works with you to ensure you retain your unique voice, while presenting your ideas in a manner designed to engage your audience.

As a proofreader, Vicki adds clarity to your work. Her aim is to ensure your ideas are communicated in unambiguous and accurate text for your readers. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading and has attended courses at the NZ Writers’ College to continually develop and refresh her writing and proofreading skills.
